Payment Methods:

Plumridge, Inc. is the parent company associated with this site. We accepts most credit cards. Sorry, no Personal Checks.

To pay by credit card simply enter your credit card information in the ?Method of Payment? section of the order form. All transactions are secure and encrypted bu COMODO and updated daily.


Billing Information:

Credit card customers will be billed upon shipping of order. Fraud and abuse of credit cards will be reported fully to the appropriate government and private agencies.

Product Availability:

Most products on this site are available, however occasionally we'll run out of a given product in which case we'll contact you either via e-mail or phone. If the product is only temporarily out-of-stock we'll give you the option of putting the order on back-order.

Tax:

California residents will be charged tax.

Returns:

Silk & Sunbrella Textiles are non-returnable, once we cut the yardage it is a final sale. All custom orders including Drapery, Tablecloths, Cushions and Hardware are also non-returnable due to the customized nature of the product.
